1. Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping fees apply, and for "Free Shipping" items, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. A 25% restocking fee applies unless you opt for an exchange or store credit.

• • Once approved, you will receive a return shipping labels and all instructions 

      4. Refund or Replacement Processing 

• • Refund will be processed within 7-10 days 
  • Store Credit will be issued with 1-3 business days
  • Replacement Parts will be shipped 1-3 business days 

      5. Confirmation 

• • You will receive a email confirmation 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. Report damage or defects to support@bonanest.com within 72 hours for a repair, replacement, or refund.

4. Cancellations

Cancel orders before shipping at no cost. If shipped, the return policy applies.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
