Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your orders. Please review the following information to understand our shipping methods, timelines, and options.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Our Shipping Methods

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because we sell a variety of products, the shipping method applied to your order depends on the size, weight, and dimensions of the items purchased.

1. FedEx Home Delivery (For Standard Items)

Products that meet standard parcel size and weight requirements will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.

  • How it works: This is a standard residential delivery service. FedEx will deliver the package directly to your front door, porch, or mail area.

  • Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days once the item leaves our warehouse, depending on your distance from our facility.

  • Best for: Smaller furniture, accessories, home decor, and easily boxed items.

2. Metropolitan LTL Freight (For Large or Oversized Items)

Items that are too large, heavy, or fragile to be shipped via standard FedEx will be shipped via our freight partner, Metropolitan LTL (Less-Than-Truckload). Because these items require special handling, you have two delivery options at checkout:

  • Threshold Delivery (Standard Freight): * How it works: The delivery team will carefully unload your item and place it in the first dry, secure area of your home or property (such as a garage, covered porch, or just inside your front door).

    • What is NOT included: They will not carry the item up stairs, place it in a specific room, unpack it, or remove the debris.

  • White Glove Delivery (Premium Service - Additional Charge): * How it works: For an additional fee calculated at checkout, this premium service provides a completely hands-off experience for you. The delivery team will bring the item inside your home, carry it to your room of choice (including up to [e.g., two] flights of stairs), unbox the item, perform light assembly, and remove all packing materials and debris from your home.

    • Scheduling: For all Metropolitan LTL deliveries, the carrier will contact you at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment window. You or an authorized adult must be present to sign for the delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon reception. If you are receiving an LTL Freight delivery, please inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please take clear photos of the damage (including the box) and contact us immediately at bonanestcs@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

P.O. Boxes and International Shipping

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to the size of our items and carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
